This week's favorite PT Horse exercise was to stand on the BOSU and perform a squat. The challenge was that there was a water bottle placed on the inverted BOSU that the person had to keep from knocking over while they performed the squat. Surprisingly, this exercise was quite difficult initially, since it required a tremendous amount of motor control to keep the BOSU quite and steady throughout the course of the squat.
