Next, they put their right foot in front of the left, and shift weight onto the front foot so that the left heel is off the ground. The patient rehearses this movement technique ten times. The next step is repeating with the left foot in front of the right. This and other stability routines can be implemented while at work waiting for the elevator, on a phone call or while reading a document.
