Additionally, we spend time working on controlling the person's center balance point within their limit of stability. Furthermore, we perform equilibrium exercises that aim to develop a greater distance within the limit of stability for each patient. those stability exercises are followed by more challenging mobility routines as the person is able to progress to enhance all facets of balance  abilities.
