   Individuals who interact with elderly folks, from doctors, nurses, physical therapists, home health personnel, to family members, often find it difficult to motivate their older charges to practice  senior balance exercises at home on a regular basis. During the last  several years, medical researchers have proven over and over again that  balance training has multiple benefits to seniors including improving  steadiness, enhancing leg strength, advancing balance reactions, and  expanding functional activities.
