TAKING BALANCE FOR GRANTED...

Many times we take our balance for granted. We think nothing of walking across a gravel driveway or stepping off a curb to get into the car. However, when we have balance problems, even those small tasks take a lot of energy, concentration and can increase our fear of falling.
